The Miniature Aircraft Society of Truro, originally called the Cobequid Radio Control Club, holds a Model Aeronautics Association of Canada Charter dating back to May 1978. The club owns our flying site, known as George Lacey Field, located off of Marshland Drive, in the town of Truro, Nova Scotia.

Our models include fixed and rotary wing aircraft, ranging in size from small hand held to giant scale, powered by electric motors, and glow and gasoline engines.

We welcome newcomers and members of other clubs to share with us the dynamic and challenging hobby, and enjoy the camaraderie as an added bonus, a hobby fueled by new technologies and advancements.
